Why Should You End This Year Amidst The Magic Of Orlando?

Are you baffled with the thought of taking a vacation with your kids especially to Orlando? What all goes in your mind? Do you feel that it is too hard? That is what our lethargic brain tells us when we plan a vacation. Booking flights to Orlando, hotel, planning sightseeing choosing theme park can be baffling! Then we finally say - Well, let us drop the idea of going to Orlando. That is all we do! Right?

Well, here is an ultimate guide to the everlasting Universal Studio, perfect for family holidays as well as for solo excursions. Even the laziest of all will jump up from the couch.

This guide includes all the necessary information one would need to know, in order to make decisions without wasting much time on research. It is time to surprise your family! Let us take you to the food part.

Mouth-melting Doughnuts

If the delicious doughnuts do not entice you to book cheap flights to Orlando from UK, nothing else can. You will love the themed restaurants at the Universal, and take my word; you cannot just try them all.

If you visit The Leaky Cauldron, which sounds exciting, you will surely fill your mouth with Lard Lad Doughnuts, especially the signature Giant Pink Doughnut with colourful sprinklers. The donut is as large as your head, which can be shared with two adults and a kid.

I did not like the Butterbeer Stands in London, but the one in the US was mind-blowing. You can spot it easily in Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade. The Butterbeer is a hot seller here. It’s non-alcoholic and a drink not to be missed. The soda decorated with sweet cream will refresh your soul.

A sports bar is all you need at the Universal. The NBC Sports Grill & Brew is a huge place offering much more than sports, visited mostly by families. With its lip-smacking munchies, foosball tables and a stimulating atmosphere, it is a unique place to hangout. Surprisingly, we got a seat at the glass-topped foosball table. This venue will keep the kids engaged for hours.

For starters, we tried the spongy pretzel. It was huge. Do not forget to try the mount-watering Wisconsin fried cheese curd. The menu offers steaks, ribs, salads, burgers, and desserts in generous portions and at an affordable price.

So, What’s More?

Orlando has two Universal parks - The Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. If you are a Harry Potter fan, you will definitely spend an entire day at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, expanding at both the parks.

With cheap air tickets to Orlando, you can explore Diagon Alley in Universal Studios Florida and Hogsmeade in Universal Islands of Adventure. However, the Studios are much more than the world of Harry Potter. The Treble Clef, the Double Take, the Hollywood Rip Ride Rocket, and the Jump Cut are the manoeuvres and favourites of many.

Popular Rides at Universal Studios

Escape from Gringotts
The Harry Potter rides are outlandish and amazing. At first, you enter the Gringotts Bank right beneath the dragon. Do not be surprised if you find goblins seated behind the desk. Just tighten up for a 3D thrill ride with Harry Potter and Voldermort as guests.

The Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey can be a bit grim for smaller children. The height restriction will not be a problem, but you will face a lot of dark figures and the flying dementors can be scary.

Face Gru

Well, the kids love this and so do the adults. It all starts as Gru addresses the audience with several sound effects. Once you are in the auditorium, you will experience a thrilling 3D roller coaster ride. The queue can be long, but you can always use the Express Pass and get in sooner. Book cheap tickets to Orlando and enjoy the city of your childhood fantasies.

Simpsons Ride

It is fun and exhilarating! The bonus at this Simpson Ride is, while you wait, your eyes will be glued to the episodes, and will not bore you while you wait. Use the Express Pass and skip the long queue.

Mummy's Revenge

MR is an exciting roller coaster ride through the hot flames, surrounded with toy insects and mummies. Kids love this ride and adults will love to go on it repeatedly.

Orlando is full of magic and there is plenty to see and do at the Disney World as well as at the Universal Studios. Anytime is a good time to visit these enlivening places. If you are planning a visit Disney World in 2017/2018, make sure you consider the crowd there.

When the crowd is less, park hours diminish and a few famous attractions are closed. When it is peak season and crowded, the parks are open early and close quite late. The entertainment and the attractions also have two showtimes every evening. Hence, look out for cheap Orlando flights and book them soon.
